E. Dusty Aker is the founder of Aker Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Aker is a graduate of Florida State University, earning a B.S. in Criminology and a minor in Political Science in 1997. Mr. Aker attended law school at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor and graduating with honors in 2003.

While at the University of Florida, Mr. Aker was one of the select students chosen to fully represent civil litigants at the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic. Mr. Aker also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Frederik Smith of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in Gainesville, Florida.
